“Empower a Woman, Empower a Nation”

St Anne’s Girls High School celebrated Culture Week from 2nd March to 9th March in connection with International Women’s Day, observed annually on 8th March. The programme aimed to honour the strength, achievements, and contributions of women in every field of life.
The celebration began with a meaningful prayer service followed by an inspiring speech highlighting the importance of women’s empowerment and equality in society. Students actively participated in various activities such as speeches, slogan writing, poster making, and presentations, expressing respect and appreciation for women. These activities helped create awareness among students about the importance of respecting and supporting women in all walks of life.
On 7th March, a special assembly was held along with a procession of students dressed as famous women personalities like Rani Lakshmibai and Savitribai Phule. A grand cultural programme followed, which included dances and a skit based on women’s empowerment.
The celebrations concluded with a joyful get-together for the staff, making the entire event memorable and meaningful for everyone.
