Our school celebrated Teachers’ Day on 4th September with great enthusiasm and respect. The programme was organized by the students to honour and appreciate the hard work and dedication of our teachers.
The celebration began with a special morning assembly. Students presented a beautiful prayer, followed by a speech highlighting the importance of Teachers’ Day and remembering Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, whose birthday is celebrated as Teachers’ Day.
Later, students from different classes performed cultural programmes, including songs, dances, skits, and poems dedicated to teachers. A few fun games were also arranged for the teachers, which added joy and laughter to the event.
The highlight of the day was when students took over the role of teachers and conducted classes, giving them an opportunity to understand the efforts of teaching.
Finally, our Principal delivered an inspiring speech, appreciating the love and efforts of teachers in shaping the future of students. The programme ended with a vote of thanks and distribution of sweets.
The celebration was a grand success and created wonderful memories for both teachers and students.
